- For any update, the customer shall pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the hotel.
- The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is entirely on the hotel's discretion.
- Any e-coupon discount on the original booking shall be forfeited in the event of cancellation or modification.
- Cancellation before 7 days of check-In : 100% Refund
- Cancellation between 3 days of check-in : 75% Refund
- (Note: In case of any refund, 3% cancellation charge will be applicable on the total amount deposited ).
